Cathy627: I sometimes use equal amts. splenda vs sugar for baking. Its healthier and since it is equal amts. it does not effect recipe equatio

less_sweet: I keep pureed sweet potato in the freezer and add it to spaghetti, tacos, chili, whatever. The kids never even know!

Cathy627: To get my grandkids to eat fruits and veggies I cut them into cubes and put them on kabobs. They love getting served kabobs.

sugarjones: Another step for my mental health… spend quiet time in the morning watering my plants and taking deep breaths while sun rises. aahhh
