This is terrific - they all sound so enticing! Can’t wait to try them.
And since you asked, here are a couple of my favorite healthy online recipe sites with sample dishes that are scrumptuous:
http://www.TotalHealthBreakthroughs.com is a free health newsletter that features recipes from Kelley Herring, Founder & CEO of Healing Gourmet. Must try: Lemongrass Seafood Curry, http://budurl.com/kkgz
http://www.RecipeZaar.com includes reviews and ratings for its dishes. Must try: Quinoa-Black Bean Salad, http://budurl.com/hq6a
http://www.SavvyVegetarian.com has quinoa recipes too, plus tons of others. I’m not a vegetarian myself, but I love this site for its innovative & exciting ideas & dishes.

Oh my gosh, I’m going to try some of these… I just read through the broccoli recipe and my mouth is watering (usually don’t like the stuff particularly).
Great to get some ideas that are not boring… making it easy to eat the colors of the rainbow!

MaryLouise, thanks so much for the feedback and the recipe links. I need to try more quinoa dishes.
Judy, I know! That broccoli one looks so good! I’m glad you liked the looks of the recipes.
Happy cooking!
